SPOILERS ALERT for anyone who is not caught up with The
Walking Dead or haven’t seen this episode.
Oh my, where can I even start? I don’t know if I even like
this episode yet. Let’s start off with the intense feeling of the show before I
get to the most devastating part. At moments I forgot to breathe or just tensed
up from not knowing what Negan was going to do next. Fans thought the Governor
was a psycho maniac, Negan is WAY worse. After his first appearance I thought I
would like him but now I despise him. Now for the most horrible moment in the
show: Abraham’s and Glenn’s death. I had a gut feeling Abraham was going to be
the mystery character to die for the simple fact that he would be the only one
in the group to get hit with a barbed wire bat once and get up like a soldier.
It was hard to see him go down like that and I’ll also remember him as the
comic relief of the show. After his death I thought Negan was going to take
Rick to the RV to talk terms about the group working for the Saviors and they
all go their separate way. Sadly, he killed Glenn which was just painful to
watch. Glenn has always been my favorite character of all time because he’s
loyal, dependable, smart, caring, and the most realistic character in the
whole. His death was just brutal and shocking which will now scare me for life.
I really hope Maggie kills Negan in a messed up way. The scene with Rick being
forced to cut off Carl’s arm was another horrible scene that I could feel my
heart beating out of my chest. I hope this season gets better and won’t be as
depressing as this episode was.
